Our Servicing Capabilities
Pacific Flow Technology specialises in the design, development, manufacture and pressure testing of rubber hoses for any industry type. On-site hose auditing services can also be provided.
Pressure Testing
Pacific Flow Technology can provide hydrostatic pressure testing on all hoses we provide to ensure that each hose is ready for use and meets / conforms to any 3rd party site requirements. All our hoses are designed and manufactured to conform with RMA IP-2 2009 guidelines.
Our testing procedure includes:
- Hydrostatically pressurising the hose
- Holding test pressure for 10 minutes
- Testing hose for any leaks, twisting, deformation and elongation
On-site Hose Auditing Services
The team at Pacific Flow Technology can arrange for on site identification and carry out auditing as required. Our staff have vast in field experience giving the confidence to accurately identify any hard to establish hose assemblies.
Hose Repairs
In some cases we are able to make repairs on hoses that have been damaged on-site or in transport.
